You know, in my day we didn’t have all these fancy, new-fangled meditation rooms and Zen gardens in the student center. ;)

When I was going to UNCG, back in the days of flannel shirts and grunge – which fit right in with my love of plaid and not shaving – the quietest spot on campus was the Weatherspoon Art Gallery. Only problem was that you would occasionally feel a little weird if you were just writing a letter and a serious art lover came in.
Since I suspect the story will probably go off the front page soon, I’ll add a more permanent link to the Meditation Room.
